The Bicycle Challenge
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
This is my work-in-progress bicycle simulator thingy! I think it's pretty playable, but development is ongoing and there are still plenty of issues to iron out.
How to play
Pedal, brake, and steer. That's it. There's no rider, you are just a bike trying to make it to the finish line. Good luck!
Pedal - W
Brake - S
Steer - Mouse
Features
- Full 3D bicycle physics
- Custom paint jobs and stickers
- Replays
- Level editor
To-do
- Add more freeride
- Make replay viewer more theater mode-y
- Race against ghosts
- Various level editor improvements
- Add controller support
- Make more stages
- Accessibility improvements
- Speedometer
- Probably other stuff I'll think of later
Known issues
- You can't change the colors of the gears, even though it says you can
- Renaming custom stages breaks previously recorded replays on said stage
System requirements
- Any CPU from the last 10 years should do the trick
- Integrated graphics work, but a dedicated GPU is gonna be better
- Probably 8GB RAM minimum
- Mouse and keyboard, controller support is coming soon
Any and all feedback is appreciated.

Very realistic bike physics! Honestly, TOO realistic. Having to get into a lean and trying to balance it to do a turn is too difficult. I prefered the way "The little bike that could" did this concept.
The windows version is currently broken. I hope you have a fix soon, looking forward to it
Thanks for letting me know, the latest update should fix it
I can confirm, it works now!
